December 2023 Update

One of our beneficiaries named Hannahmarie Tenorio graduated at the top of her class Magna Cum Laude (with great distinction) while two brothers – Andrei Jade and Denzel Jade Domamay – advanced to compete at the Taekwondo national level competition. This year six students graduated from college and nine completed their high school studies. We would like to congratulate you because whatever they have accomplished is your success too.

June 2023 Update

Pag-asa has remained very active and continues with its advocacies as if nothing dreadful happened. In fact, with such a big number of activities we didn’t realize that five months have already passed. The highlight of these months was the visit of our friends from the Rotary Club of Papenburg, Germany as well as the group of our dear Natalina Pellizzari from Treviso, Italy.

December 2022 Update

We may not be as affected as the people at ground zero but this war has impacted the Philippines as it has the whole world. Everyone now breaks the bank even on basic commodities. Our beneficiaries, who come from impoverished families, are hard hit, especially by the rising prices. Our social center’s name, Pag-asa, stands for “hope” and we promise to continue pursuing our aim to be a beacon of hope to all these children and families, especially amidst these trying times.

July 2022 Update

To make the beneficiaries understand that the Covid19 vaccine is safe, the Pag-asa staff immediately took the chance and set the example, taking the jab the very first time the vaccine was rolled out. Aside from that, we made our beneficiaries understand that now more than ever, is the time when we should think of the people around us.
